Donate to Lisa Grimes: Honoring Andy's Legacy

Hello friends and family. April 18th is my brother’s birthday. As many of you know, he passed away from earth and went to heaven last July. He would be turning 48 this year.

He left behind his wife, my sister-in-law, Lisa Grimes. As you can imagine, the years leading up to his passing were filled with many, many hospital stays, and he was unable to work due to his illness. This has resulted in a financial burden on Lisa. Without disclosing too many personal details and to protect my sister, I will not go into detail on the burdens that she is still facing today, and she really needs our help. For any of you that know her personally, you know that her life mission is to bring kindness to the world. She spends all of her time helping others, whether she is serving at church in kids or youth ministry, singing on the worship team, or taking care of her family. When she is needed, regardless of who you are, she is there, taking care of everyone.

So for my brother’s birthday, I am asking that we come together and help her. She isn’t one to ask for help, so I will be honored to ask on her behalf. All gifted donations will go to Lisa to help her cover some of the many expenses that she is facing. Thank you in advance for your gift. I know that Andy does not want her to be suffering like this on top of grieving the loss of her husband, her best friend.
