Support Matt Allen's Life-Saving Liver Transplant

Hello, My name is Michele, and I am raising money for my friend Matt Allen.

Matt has been employed by the Tulare County Sheriff's Department for 22 years as a Emergency Dispatcher III Shift Supervisor.

In June 2024 Matt was diagnosed with (NAFLD) Non-Alcohol Fatty Liver Disease, and has been on the donor registration since Oct 1st, 2024.

Matt has gone through extensive treatment in prevention and perseverance, since his diagnosis. However, he is now in need of a liver transplant and the associated medical costs are substantial. Your donations will go directly to support his surgery, post-transplant care, and necessary medications, allowing him to focus on recovery. Your donation will not only ease his financial burden, but also give him peace of mind.

His hospital stay (UCSF) will be approximately 7-10 days, and he will traveling from Visalia Ca. to University of San Francisco, once a week for approx. 8 weeks in his post op recovery. Fuel and parking alone will add up very quickly.

With over 100,000 people on the liver transplant waiting list, Matt has several living doners in the process of being tested. NAFLD treatment and recovery takes a tremendous amount time, energy, trust, love, prayer and unfortunately its also very costly.

Matt is a proud US Army veteran and a father of his 18 year old son.
