Donate to Mykah's Journey to Overcome Leukemia

We are asking for donations to help with medical expenses, travel, food, etc., for Zachary and Peyton Stammer. A few months ago their son Mykah had an accident while playing soccer at school and hurt his back pretty bad. After speaking with countless doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, specialists, and the multitude of tests, they couldn't get pain relief for him.

Last Wednesday after another set of lab results, Mykah's doctor sent them to the ER at Childrens hospital in Omaha. Mykah has been through many tests and they finally received answers. Mykah has been diagnosed with Leukemia - (B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL)). He also has multiple compression fractures in his spine. This morning, Mykah had a spinal tap to determine if the cancer has entered his spinal fluid. He also had a Port inserted and they will begin chemotherapy treatments tonight or tomorrow.

All we know right now is that there is Leukemia present in his bone marrow and has already affected the shape of his spine and skull.

They have an amazing team of doctors and nurses surrounding them there and although each day seems like a marathon, at the end of the day, the answers come. We appreciate the support you have provided to date and we welcome continued prayers.
