Help Noelia Fight Cancer and Achieve Her Dream of Motherhood

Hi everyone,

This is Miguelina, Noelia’s sister (also known as Maria Noelia).

I’m reaching out to share Noelia’s journey and ask for your support during one of the toughest challenges she’s ever faced.

In November 2024, after two years of persistent medical issues and countless ER visits, Noelia finally got the answers she had been tirelessly advocating for. Despite being told by multiple doctors that everything was fine, she trusted her instincts and kept pushing for answers. One doctor finally listened and referred her to a specialist. It was then that they discovered a tumor in her colon, and she was diagnosed with colon cancer.

On December 20th, Noelia underwent surgery to remove the tumor and has been recovering well. However, recent tests revealed that her cancer is Stage 3 and has spread to her lymph nodes.

If you know Noelia, you know how selfless and strong she is. She does not like to ask for help, but now she needs it more than ever.

I’ve created this GoFundMe to help with her medical expenses that aren’t covered by insurance and to support her in achieving a dream she’s been working toward for years: becoming a mother. Before beginning chemotherapy, Noelia’s doctors strongly recommended undergoing IVF (in-vitro fertilization) to preserve her chance of having a child in the future. Unfortunately, her insurance doesn’t cover the full cost of IVF, and the process costs $22,500.

Time is critical. Noelia needs to start her IVF process within the next 2-3 weeks to preserve her opportunity to become a mother, a dream she and her husband, Andres, have been holding onto, even as she unknowingly battled cancer.
