Donate to Prepare Anthony's Home for Healing

Hello everyone. On December 3rd, 2024, my husband Anthony was in a motor vehicle accident which left him paralyzed from the chest down. This has been life-changing for our family, but through it all, God has shown up and blessed us in many ways. Anthony was on a vent for approximately 2 months. His heart stopped twice at the beginning, but God. He has wanted to give up several times, but God. His mother passed away 4 days after his accident and he never got to say his goodbyes to her which was another tragedy. Now he is off the vent; his trach is still in place but has been capped off for approximately 2 weeks. He has not needed any oxygen support for over a week. He is now able to eat what he wants for about 3 weeks. God has truly been moving in this situation, and I continue to believe that God will heal, deliver, and restore my husband completely. Anthony has now been transferred to an inpatient rehab to continue his recovery, and I am so excited about what God is going to do in his life. I can’t wait for the testimony.

For almost 22 years, I have been a nurse taking care of others, and I have loved every minute of it. I never once thought that I would be in the position to take care of my own loved one, but I’m so grateful to God that I have the knowledge and ability to do just that.

After rehab, my plan is to bring my husband home. So I’m here to ask for help in preparing our home for his arrival, such as getting a ramp and other things to make the transition home possible. I have been out of work since his accident to be beside him as he goes through this. Any amount of help will be greatly appreciated.
