Donate to Prevent Dental Deterioration and Pain

When I was 15, I had jaw surgery. Now, at 59, I need it again but it is cost prohibitive. I found a dentist that has an alternative and will prevent my teeth from continuing to deteriorate. Insurance is paying the bulk, but my cost is $12,000. I have already paid $7,000, but struggling to come up with the remaining. Any little bit helps.
