Donate to Provide a Service Dog for Physical Needs

Hi Everyone! My health has been deteriorating faster and I'm in need of a service dog for physical support sooner rather than later. I have the opportunity to have a smart and beautiful golden retriever/boarder collie mix puppy given to me to raise and train as my service dog, but I am currently in between fulltime work and puppies are expensive even if you get them free. Finding employment has increasing been difficult due to my physical and learning disabilities, so money is incredibly tight. I'm not sure if the option to be given a puppy to help me will happen again. I'm trying to fund one year of medical, food, training, and supplies for her. If I can't fund this, I will be unable to get her. If you love puppies and supporting those with physical needs, please help!
