On October 12, 2024, we were set to host our 2nd Annual Puttin' for Pink event in support of Breast Cancer Awareness and the Women Helping Women Foundation.

Unfortunately, due to the flooding destruction caused by Hurricane Helene on September 27, 2024, our family business and event location, Fireside Golf Range, is unable to open at this time.

Our family still holds this cause near and dear to our hearts. Our mom, Debbie, continues to face treatments and medical needs, along with many others in our area.

In light of the destruction, we want to continue to raise funds for Women Helping Women. The need for their support in our community will be greater now more than ever. These funds will be used by Women Helping Foundation to support women and families that need financial assistance and are also facing medical debts. We have set a goal of $10,000 that will be fully donated to Women Helping Women to help provide more assistance in our WNC community.

The WHW Fund supports:

Diagnostic mammograms

Lab tests, MRIs, CT scans, biopsies, ultrasounds, and endoscopies

Financial assistance for breast cancer and other medical procedures including surgery, anesthesia, x-rays, implants and devices, therapeutics, and infusions

Other critical women’s health needs
