Help Restore Josh's (Baelnorn's) Life Line To The World

Hello, Josh here, although some of you may know me as Baelnorn. I live on a small fixed income provided by SSI (meaning I'm on Disability). I live with a serious case of clinical depression that makes it difficult to live a typical life. Recently, my car died while I was driving home. I had it towed to an auto shop and found that my engine was busted. I've been able to buy a replacement engine, but due to my monetary situation, I'm unable to pay to get it installed, which is why I've created this fundraiser.

Without transportation, I'm stuck with a small radius in which I can travel. I can't even make my doctor's appointments. Luckily, I live close enough to my therapist to walk to my appointments, but the majority of my support network lives over 30 miles away, making an already bleak situation worse.

Living with my mental disorder, you come to realize how important that support network really is. Without the support network I've built up, I don't think I'd be able to function on a daily level. It wouldn't be too far of a stretch to say that I might not even be here to ask for your help.

If I'm able to repair the car, I will once again be able to make my doctor's appointments and continue to engage with my support network, which is my lifeline to the greater world. My goal is to raise $3,793.50. This will cover the estimated labor costs of $2,793.50, plus a buffer for potential increases in labor or the need for additional parts like hoses and sensors.
