Donate to Rick's Healing Journey

Rick has been in need of a kidney transplant for over 8 years. His health has been declining a great deal, but he finally received the call on 1/26/2025 that a donor kidney was a match and available to Rick! Surgery was a success and Rick now has hope for his future and has this needed kidney. He’ll be able to return to work, spend time with his teenage son, Tyler, love on his dog, Buddy, and continue to build his life with his significant other, Pam.

To get to the point of engaging in life to its fullest, Rick must recover. The more he is able to pay for his needs including medical care in this first year, the better the recovery. Transplant recovery costs are not cheap. Costs includes: medical supplies he has to purchase for day to day wound care, general medical care costs in this first year, and housing needs (as he went to a Utah hospital to get the transplant) and needs to be close to the hospital for a month to assure access to needed care.  Any donation would be so appreciate in this long journey of recovery!
