More information about Roscommon County Genealogical Society: The Roscommon Country Genealogical Society mission to provide a safe, organized, and welcoming place where individuals seeking their heritage can gather, learn, and share. Through its meetings, programs, historical events, seminars, and social gatherings it provides fellowship for people with a common interest and involvement in something larger than themselves. Its influence is not only felt by the people of Roscommon County, but also provides benefits to individuals in the surrounding areas. We have the opportunity of purchasing the building where we are located if we can make a substantial down payment. 100% of all monies received go to the operation and administration of the Society. We are 100% volunteers and survive totally on donations. Please help us buy our building.
