Donate to Sal's Recovery from Fire

Hello, my name is Sal. I have lived in Altadena for the last 17 years, 10 of those years I lived in an apartment off Lake Avenue. On the morning of January 7th 2025, my apartment burned down during the Eaton fire. Before the fire, I was struggling from lack of available work due to the Hollywood strikes. The night of January the 6th, I packed my car with my 2 cats, some personal belongings and as much of my work gear as I could. The rest I had to leave behind as I was forced to evacuate as the fire got closer. Thankfully we got away in time and some friends of mine have been generous enough to help me out with a place to stay while I figure out what to do next. I am currently trying to raise funds to help me secure some basic necessities that I need while I try to begin rebuilding my life. Any donations of any amount are very much appreciated. Donations will be put towards any loss and unmet needs not covered by insurance or disaster relief. Thank so very much for your kindness.
