I need this kidney transplant to live

Hello you cool people. My name is Brent and I am the father of the coolest and kindest autistic warrior son named Brock. I am a veteran and I need a kidney transplant. I have insurance but they will not cover this. I need to be here for my son and for myself. Please help me live so I can keep taking care of my amazing son and to keep spreading kindness.
