I'm Pam Van Dyke from Greenville, South Carolina, and this is a story of Faith. In 2021, this dog was rescued from being euthanized after being confiscated from her owner. Abused, neglected, and treated horribly, Carolina Loving Hound was called and told euthanizing dogs would happen if some weren't rescued from the shelter. Angela showed up. As she's walking past cages, this little girl musters some energy to walk near the front of the cage and wagged her tail ever so slightly. Angela said, "Well, you've obviously got Faith, come on, let's go." That's how Faith was named. We adopted Faith in May 2021.
Carolina Loving Hound Rescue has foster homes, hospice homes, and volunteers in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. On Friday, September 27, 2024, Hurricane Helene forever changed the landscape of these three states.
There are now hundreds of pets, foster homes, and volunteers that need to be rescued again. They need a place to go, they need supplies, medical attention, and support. Carolina Loving Hound Rescue is on the ground working to get everyone the help and support they need. But they need us, you and me, to help. Please give in honor of Faith, to her rescue brothers and sisters. Carolina Loving Hound Rescue doesn't walk away from a dog once adopted. They are always there for the adoptive family; their commitment is for life.
Please honor Faith with your donation. We all have to #walkinfaith together in times like these. #faithwins
