Donate to Save Tulip from Heart Failure

Please help save Tulip's heart. She was originally found on Thanksgiving week abandoned near a logging road, and given to her forever home on Black Friday. A heart murmur was quickly logged by the vet. An echo has confirmed that Tulip, now just over 4 months old, has a large hole in her heart and is estimated to have heart failure in a few weeks to a few months without surgery. The vet believes she will have a normal and full life with the surgery. Please help us save Tulip.
