Hi this is Seigen from the Seigen Mizu Dojo. We are creating a fundraiser to ensure that Ramadan can receive his funds as he was unable to properly link his originally created fundraiser. Ramadan's family is wonderful and he has been nothing but kind and patient with me as we try to find ways to help. Please help his family get the support they need, especially as winter is coming up quickly!
Here is Ramadan's story:
My name is Ramadan from Gaza, I am 30 years old. I used to work as a language teacher She married only a year before the war. Like any family, we dreamed of building our own cute little family. You have worked 24 hours a day to build a beautiful home with the latest decorations and furniture. Suddenly we lost everything. We lost our happiness and our warm homeland because of this cruel war.
When the war began, my child was an infant no more than two months old, and I displaced him to refugee camps where it was bitterly cold. My child and I suffered from malnutrition and difficult displacement conditions at that time. I was unable to find healthy food, medicine, nutritional supplements, milk, or diapers that I could feed my infant. . My child and I miraculously escaped death as there was bombing and destruction everywhere.
Now I am struggling with my child Muhammad to provide milk and diapers in light of the high prices , I was displaced four times during the war, and during that time I lived in a miserable tent infested with insects and rodents. Unfortunately, we have completely changed. We don't have clean drinking water or healthy food.
We are suffering from real famine. We dream of seeing our child in front of us growing up in a very healthy environment, not in a life of war. Polio destroys the best in children, and I fear losing my child. I only dream of leaving this country so our child can enjoy the smile he deserves. Help me through this campaign to achieve our dream and get rid of the nightmare of this crazy war.
Before the war, our life was like this:
