Support Solaire: Bringing A New Experience to Tulsa

Hi, we're Solaire!

Started by two friends who had a dream to bring something new and exciting to Tulsa, Solaire is a South American-inspired food and catering company that specializes in elevated dining and modern takes on classic cuisine. We started out in February of 2023, providing special tasting menu dinners at the Silo Event Center, rotating the menu every couple of weeks to keep things exciting and novel. Following our tenure there, we focused on a more casual-forward, pop-up concept at Heirloom Rustic Ales to be more directly involved with our community and build genuine relationships. It was here that we cultivated our instinctive passion for providing accessible and delicious food to a community who wanted something new for our small city.

Fast forward to now, Solaire has the opportunity to do just that. Beginning December 13th, we will be operating our dining services Thursday-Saturday from 5-9 pm at Foolish Things Coffee, allowing us to seat walk-ins as well as reservations. Our intention is to open Wednesday services beginning in January to allow our team to create new dishes and collaborate with local chefs. While this is an extremely exciting time for us, we also recognize the financial reality that an operation like this is not possible without help from our community.

With your help, we want to bring delicious food to Tulsa in a way that's approachable and, above all, a memorable experience. We want to continue to push the Tulsa restaurant scene in a way that improves Tulsa's quality of life, feeds our city's soul, and leaves a lasting impression on those who want to make Tulsa an amazing place to live.
