On November 11th, 2024, Sophia Clark was in bed asleep at her parents' house, where she lives with her eleven-year-old son, Jax, when her ex broke into their house and shot Sophia multiple times, then took his own life.
Sophia was rushed to the hospital where she had several life-saving surgeries. Sophia spent 14 days in the ICU, 2 days in the hospital, and is currently in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
Sophia is strong and is a fighter. Every day we are reminded how good God is. We are so thankful to have more time with her. We will never be able to thank all of our friends and family enough for all of your prayers, well wishes, hugs, meals, and donations. Sophia’s family can feel your love.
Sophia has a long road to recovery but we are all optimistic and she is ready to have her life back. To help support Sophia during her recovery, we have set up this GoFundMe to help cover her medical expenses and other costs associated with her recovery while she is out of work.
