For over three decades, Domenic has been a beacon of kindness and strength in our community, dedicating his life to serving others as a healthcare professional at the Toronto Western Hospital in the Fracture Clinic, Orthopaedics Department.

Domenic is not just a healthcare worker; he is the embodiment of hard work and dedication. His unwavering commitment to providing expertise and care to patients in the fracture clinic has touched countless lives over the years. Domenic is known for his ability to lighten the mood and make others laugh, even in the most stressful times at work. He finds joy in spending quality time with his family and friends. Whether exploring new destinations or enjoying cherished moments together, Domenic treasures the experiences they create as a family. Outside of work, you can find him sitting back and relaxing with family and friends, while his wife Ivana prepares delicious meals that bring everyone together. Domenic's also a dedicated father of 2 children, currently in their second year of university. Not only is he a loving family man but also an extraordinary example of compassion and generosity. He selflessly donated a kidney to his sister, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to helping others even in the face of adversity.

The current situation: Despite Domenic's years of service, he is facing his toughest battle yet. Domenic has been diagnosed with glioblastoma and will require both chemotherapy and radiation therapy for the next six weeks. As he lives out of town, this means he needs to be close to his treatment center, Princess Margaret Hospital, for the duration of his treatment. This unexpected health challenge has placed a significant emotional and financial burden on Domenic and his family.

Furthermore, Domenic's children also require financial support to continue their education and pursue their dreams.
