On October 7th, Tushar’s life was forever altered. After departing from the UGA campus on his motorcycle, he was struck in a severe motor vehicle collision. The impact was catastrophic, leaving him with critical injuries that required immediate and aggressive medical intervention. Within minutes of the crash, he was rushed into emergency surgery as doctors worked urgently to prevent an epidural hematoma from claiming his life. The medical team at Piedmont Hospital moved with precision, working tirelessly to stabilize him, and now, Tushar remains in the intensive care unit, fighting for survival as his body endures the aftermath of this tragic accident.

This crash didn’t just change Tushar’s physical condition—it also jeopardized his dreams. Set to graduate from UGA with a Computer Science degree, Tushar’s future was bright, filled with promise and potential. Now, that future hangs in the balance. As his body fights to survive, his family is arriving from overseas, determined to be by his side through this unimaginable horror. Yet, the weight of mounting hospital bills threatens to overwhelm them.

Now, more than ever, Tushar needs our help. UGA is a community and unfortunately one of our own desperately needs our help. Please donate. Your donations will provide the financial relief Tushar and his family desperately need in this difficult time. It will help cover his growing medical costs and give his family the resources to stay by his side as he fights for his life.

No donation is too small. Any contribution will bring hope, comfort, and strength to Tushar’s family, allowing them to focus on what truly matters—his recovery. Let us come together as a community and show that the UGA family’s heart knows no bounds. We pray for Tushar’s recovery and strength for his family.
