Please Help Pay For My Dental Procedure

Hello everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I am seeking financial assistance for an onlay dental procedure for a cracked upper left molar. Unfortunately, I received a pre-treatment determination stating that the procedure will not be covered. I got laid off in late June of this year and have been on unemployment benefits, however, I am slowly drowning due to the cost of rent and bills. The unemployment benefits is not enough to cover for the minimal necessities. After 600+ job applications, I have had no luck finding a job. My dental condition had gotten to the point where I have been taking pain killers every day to ease the tooth pain and sensitivity for the last two months. I live alone and do not have any relatives I can fall back on. I have applied for CareCredit, however, I do not qualify due to bad credit. Any assistance is appreciated.
