Donating to help Crohn’s and colitis charity

Hi my name is jasmine ,

I’m nearly 21 years old and I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease back in 2020. Before my diagnosis I was having continuous severe stomach pains for years and tried multiple medications and even had a surgical procedure.

My Crohn’s affects me in my everyday life , this challenge is going to push me to keep going.

Since getting my diagnosis I have been able to receive the correct medical attention that is needed to help me. Crohn’s and Colitis affects many people silently and loudly.

I would like to raise money for this amazing charity as a thank you for the support they offer to people like me. To this day I am still fighting my battle and having on going tests but I’m doing it with a smile on my face.

In order to raise money I am going to be completing as many runs this month as I possibly can. I will make a video at the end of the month with how much I managed to run and also raise !
