Donation for Manolo Solís Medical Bills

Hi everyone, my name is Mariel Solis. Jose (Manolo) Solis is my wonderful, loving father who is currently in the hospital.

He was admitted for pneumonia with fluid in the lungs, but we soon learned that he also has an abscess in the liver, an infected gallbladder, and severe infection in the blood. He is currently still fighting the infections and has been in the hospital for two weeks and counting.

Aside from the worry and sadness this has brought him and his loved ones, we are also dealing with the extreme stress of the medical bills. Despite his efforts, my dad has not been able to find affordable health insurance, and unfortunately, this medical emergency was unprecedented and occurred while he is still uninsured.

We are in the process of figuring out the massive hospital bills, but we also will need antibiotics and a home-care nurse after he is discharged from the hospital. These expenses are separate from the growing hospital bills we currently have.

We would forever be grateful for any amount you can spare. Anything helps. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for your time and prayers. Thank you.

Hola, mi nombre es Mariel Solis. Mi padre, José (Manolo) Solís, es una persona maravillosa y un padre amoroso, que actualmente se encuentra internado en el hospital.

Fue admitido al hopistal hace 2 semanas con neumonia y liquido en los pulmones. En este tiempo, le han diagnosticado tambien un absceso en el higado, una infeccion en la vesicula biliar, y una infeccion severa en la sangre. Mi padre aun sigue en hospital, combatiendo las infecciones y malestares.

La situacion ha provocado mucha tristeza y preocupacion a mi padre y a sus seres queridos, al igual que el estres de la factura del hospital que crece cada dia. A pesar de mucho esfuerzo, mi padre no ha podido encontrar una aseguranza medica en su presupuesto, y esta emergencia medica occurio al estar sin seguro medico.

Aparte de la factura del hospital, los medicamentos y las visitas de enfermera que ocupara al salir del hospital son igual de costosos.
