Donation for QLD fatal crash 교통사고 유가족에게 도움의 손길을

글을 쓰는 저는 한인회를 위해 일하고 있는 봉사자 구연성(패리스) 입니다.

지난 수요일인 2022년 4월 13일 오후, 저희 모두 가슴 아픈 소식을 전달받았습니다.

퀸즐랜드 주 스탠소프 근방 뉴 잉글랜드 고속도로에서 발생한 교통사고로 한국에서 호주로 꿈을 펼치러 온 4명의 꽃다운 나이의 청년들이 운명을 달리 하셨습니다.

저희는 한국에서 유가족들이 호주로 출발하시기 전, 연락이 닿아 현지에서 유가족들과 소통하며 도움을 드리고 있습니다.

급하게 한국에서 고인을 모시기 위해 오신 유가족 분들께 조금이나마 위로의 마음을 전달하고자 유가족 들을 위한 펀딩 모금을 하게 되었습니다.

슬픔은 나눌수록 작아진다는 말이 있습니다. 이렇게 서로 도와 모아진 모금액은 한인회를 통해 모금 종료 후 호주 내의 메이저 은행을 통해 한국에 계신 유가족들의 한국계좌로 전액 송금할 계획입니다.

추후 송금 영수증 및 증빙자료를 주 퀸즐랜드 한인회 웹사이트에 공지토록 하겠습니다.

Dear Community members,

I am Yeonseon Ku (Paris), a volunteer who works for the Korean society of Queensland.

On 13th of April 2022, a fatal crash occurred on New English Highway near Stanthorpe and 4 young Korean women lost their lives.

We were contacted by bereaved family members before they depart for Australia, and have been helping them since.

Korean Society of Queensland and member of Yeonseong Ku are trying to support devastated family members as they have

expressed their gratefulness and authorised us to receive any donation for them.

All donations will go toward the families in Korea through Korean Society of Queensland.

Remittance receipts and supporting documents will be posted on the website of the Korean Society of Queensland in the State of Queensland at a later date.

Your support is crucial to support the family members who had to travel to Australia with such short notice during not the most favourable time to travel to see their daughters and sisters for the last time and take them home to Korea.

Any amount of donation will be appreciated and will help the families to share their grief with you
