In memory of Raymond Fowler

Hi, my name is Michelle and I am raising money for my sister and her late husband Ray.

On November 18th, a bad bad dream shifted to nightmare for my sister Teddie and brother in law Ray. His pain, from what we know now was a previous "misdiagnosis", was so intense, a trip to the ER was warranted. Blood work, images and multiple tests ensued. After relief of pain with the use of high dosages of Morphine, the doctor came in and said that nasty "C" word. They were boggled as the extensiveness was not caught before this hospital trip. They had found that Ray had broken ribs due to cancer in the bones, hip, femur, ribs, and also his kidney and lungs. Devastation set in, but Ray didn't let that keep him down. He laced up his boxing gloves and started swinging with radiation to try to alleviate some pain. Unfortunately the misdiagnosis, had already allowed the cancer to win in defeat, and less than 30 days after hearing this awful news, Ray gained his wings to heaven. This was all very sudden and unexpected and things just weren't put into place for such events. If you knew Ray, he would give his shirt off his back and go cold if it meant you were to get warm. He would stop what he was doing if someone was in need. This fundraiser is to help lessen the burden of all the unexpected expenses left to my sister Teddie to sort through. All funds will go towards funeral expenses and any other loose ends that need taken care of. I know it's Christmas time, and giving may be tough, so even a prayer for comfort, while the family grieves would be wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of all of our hearts.
