My mum left Cameroon on 24 of February to America for the first time with an immigrant visa. She was so happy because we haven’t seen each other for 8yrs. On the day of her flight, she didn’t complain of any sickness, was happy and joyful as always. When she got to instanbul, we had a video call and she was already in the plane waiting to take off to Dallas, still very happy and no complains of anything. Went to the airport to pick her up, my husband,me and the kids waited at the airport for 4hrs and no sign of my mum, called turkey airline just to reconfirm if her flight landed and if she boarded even though I knew she did because I spoke with her while she was in the plane. Finally we had to call 911, and was told someone about that age had a medical emergency at the airport and was rush to emergency room.getting to the ER , my mum was in ICU on Ventilator. hospital said she had a blood clot. In less than 24hour my mum passed away. The trauma of seeing my mum again after 8yrs on life support was the most traumatic event in my life. Death did not give us the change to hug each other and even see her grand kids and my husband. This all seems like a movie scene. Am pleading for all your support to get her body back to Cameroon. Can’t believe all this.
