In loving memory of Shirley Duck

Our beautiful & beloved daughter (of Faye), mommie (to Sherita & Mia Duck) grandmother (Mi’Asheree & Ty’Lyer) sister (to Gwen & Carolyn), and (aunt to Brandon )unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at 1:26pm.

Many of our family & friends have ask how can you be of help to support our family through this devastating untimely loss. It’s truly by your love, support, and prayers.

During the pandemic, our mother was forced into retirement from a 50 plus years in the retail sector and not given the opportunity to extend or convert benefits including life insurance beyond the end of employment which breaks our heart. Because anyone who knows my mom also knows her dedication to her hard work ethic.

Our mom has always been beyond generous when others experienced life events including & not limited to birth, death, and/or family emergencies to friends, family, and even those she didn’t know. Our mom would be the first to reach into her heart & handbag to give to anyone without hesitation even in times of financial despair during the pandemic.

We would love to give our mom The Celebration of Life service she truly deserves & wanted. She loved so unselfishly & while we have so many questions, dealing with the thoughts of moving on without her, the heartbreak is unbearable. We humbly ask if you are able to assist us we will be forever beyond grateful to any amount given. We thank you for generosity along with your love & support!
