Donation Zoom and Youtube Yoga - Sept.

Hi, I'm Kate, a local Denver yoga instructor that has a lot of experience teaching "Chair Yoga" and "Stability" classes. Yoga should be accessible to everyone - no matter your age and/or ability, and now I am excited to make it even more accessible by bringing it into the comfort of your home.    My goal is to bring breathing ,movement, and meditation techniques to you through my donation-based online classes that you can practice and incorporate into you daily lives.  
Normal drop-in classes are $10ea,  but ANY and all donations are welcome and wholeheartedly appreciated (you can pay either per class or by month)  Pay what you can,  if you can, but please just attend.  A little yoga goes  a long way to enhance the quality of your life!
