Donations for Dr. Jacobson

On Sunday, June 26th, Dr. Jacobson was involved in a motorcycle accident that resulted in multiple injuries, including tears in the knee capsule, patellar, and quadriceps tendons. Other injuries include a damaged left triceps, sprained wrists, and a left ankle sprain. He is unable to walk and is awaiting knee surgery. We regret to inform you that our clinic is temporarily closed until he can recover from surgery. His surgery will be an out-of-pocket cost for him. We are asking for donations to help Dr. Jacobson pay for his medical bills and to help keep his small business afloat during this challenging time.
