Donations for Mason and Keshia Sawyer Family
On the evening of Sunday, July 25th, a blinding sand storm caused a 20-car pileup on Interstate 15, resulting in 8 fatalities and several others in critical condition. Among the tragically deceased, Kortni (wife and mother), Riggins (son), and Franki (daughter) were survived by Mason Sawyer (husband and father), who awaited his family's arrival in St. George, and his remaining son, Blue, who was involved in the crash and sustained several injuries, although was miraculously released from the hospital the day after the accident. Additionally, Mason's brother, Race (husband and father) and his son Rider were also killed and survived by Keshia (wife and mother), Faith (daughter and sister) and Ran (son and brother). We reverently mourn with both of these families and the parents and siblings of all involved as they face this sudden and inconceivable tragedy.
The goal of this GoFundMe is to extend what financial help we can for Mason and Blue, as well as Keshia, Faith and Ran by raising sufficient funds to finance the funeral, medical expenses, and ongoing support for both families. Although these funds cannot possibly cover the price of loss and grief, we hope to alleviate at least a part of the financial burden that has been placed on Mason and Keshia, and all extended family.

The death of Kortni, her brother-in-law Race, and their children are felt by all -- neighbors, coworkers, friends and family alike. Kortni was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister among her family, as well as a dedicated nurse. Riggs had recently graduated preschool, and loved basketball, superheroes, and legos. Franki was 2 years old, spunky, and known as "Daddy's Princess" , her brothers' shadow, and "Mom's mini-me". Race was a dedicated and loving husband and father, an incredible athlete, loved to play games, and preferred snickers for breakfast and burgers for dinner. Rider was his mothers greatest teacher, always found the good in everything, and was humbly yet fiercely competitive in everything he did. There is so much more that can be said about these incredible people, we encourage you to donate and then share what you know and love about all of them.
Your donations are sincerely appreciated by the family and will be a sacred token of your friendship and charity for the Sawyer family, and loving memory of Kortni, Riggins, Franki, Race and Rider.
Of note, this GoFundMe is being managed by close family members and friends, who are working directly with the family to ensure that the entirety of your donations will be given to Mason & Keshia to be used as needed.
