Donations for Popo’s Mexican Restaurant

Popo’s Mexican Restaurant is a family owned business established over 30 years ago by my grandfather Joe Herrera. Throughout the COVID pandemic, we have been blessed by our community with love and support that has kept us going. On Thursday, July 8th, we woke up to the news that there had been a fire and unfortunately a lot of kitchen damages. Due to the damages, we are closed indefinitely but with the help of family and friends are working together to get our business up and running as soon as possible. As a Popo’s employee/Roswell native/and granddaughter, I am turning to the community for donations and prayers. These donations will cover what insurance does not (all new kitchen equipment). It has been a blessing to serve every familiar face, the lasting friendships that have come from Popo’s over the years, and to work along side my grandfather, siblings, aunts/uncles, cousins, and friends. Thank you Roswell for all the support! From the bottom of my heart, it is deeply appreciated.
