Donations for Spencer and Holly Daugherty
Donation protected
Hi everyone!
My name is Kylie Kern, and Spencer Daugherty is one of my incredible former students. He is about to be a 3rd grader at Wallace Elementary School of Integrated Arts! I created this fundraiser to see if there is a way we could help Spencer’s family during his difficult time.
From his mom, Holly.
“Over the last few weeks, Spencer has been in Riley Children’s Hospital fighting for his life. He was taken to the ICU due to his continued pain. The hospital did a CT scan and found a mass in his lower abdomen. They are going to do a spinal tap, check bone morrow, and put in a port and administer chemo directly into his spinal fluid. They need the tumor to shrink by 20% with the first treatment. They think it’s lymphoma. The next few days could mean life or death.”
I am kindly asking for prayers, positive vibes, love, and support for him if not able to donate. He is one of the strongest kids I know, with the biggest heart. He is silly, kind, and full of adventure. When Spencer grows up, he wants to be a children’s author and illustrator. I hope to see him achieve that dream of his one day
As my heart is breaking in writing this, I’m hoping that we could raise a little money to ease the mind of his mom, Holly, with the upcoming hospital bills.
I would love and appreciate any amount for this family, as they mean the world to me.
