We are very saddened to announce the untimely passing of Erving Lazala Tavarez. Erving worked as our head cleaner at The Harlo for 2 years and was one of the most dedicated and kind people we have ever had the pleasure of working with.
Born in The Dominican Republic In 1985, Erving arrived in the United States in April of 2015. His family and friends remember him as always friendly and in a good mood, and at work always responsible and hard working. He loved baseball and was a big Boston Red Sox fan. He leaves behind his wife, Ana Maria Rodriguez, and his daughter Sol Stacey Lazala Rodriguez, 6 years old.
Erving began feeling unwell several weeks ago and passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2020, due to complications from the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
This awful news hits us all very hard. Erving was a beloved member of our team and community and he will be sorely missed. Our sincere thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
