My younger brother Vince (Quicho) Carlin passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 due to unknown circumstances pending autopsy results. He had just turned 61 in March and was Indigent. We have scheduled his burial services on July 7th promptly at 9am at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetary. Located at 11463 Tx-195, Killeen Texas 76542

If you are able to help us with expenses it would be greatly appreciated, Vince was a good man that struggled after serving in the Army and suffered with PTSD. He struggled most of his civilian life and as hard as he tried could not hold down a job and ended up drinking to drown in his sorrows and depression.
