Donations in honor of Levi

Hello! We are Bryanna and Scott Stires. This fundraiser was created in honor of our sweet angel, Levi. This past Saturday, January 21, 2023, we had to make the hardest, most painful decision of our lives and said goodbye to our best friend. He was diagnosed with metastatic liver cancer and continued to decline quickly right before our eyes. We knew goodbye was the best choice so our boy could be happy once again, even if it wasn’t with us anymore.

Another significant date in our lives was April 25, 2015. This was the day Scott and I visited the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter to go “look” at a litter of puppies. I remember jumping into the pen of pups and there was this sweet little guy named “Presley” who was just so different from the rest; Quiet and sweet. I picked him up that day and quite literally never put him down. We signed the adoption papers for our new fur baby who quickly went from Presley to Levi and the rest is history.

Why am I doing this? If you know me even the slightest bit, you know I am so passionate about animals. From birds to lizards to dogs to cats to cows. If I could run a zoo or adopt them all, I would, but we all know this just isn’t feasible. I am trying to give back and show my love in a different way. All of the funds raised here will be given to help the sweet animals at Somerset Regional Animal Shelter ( https://srasnj.org/donate/ ) the wonderful organization that helped us find our forever best friend.

I would love to do this fundraiser on an annual basis as there continues to be an influx of countless animals in need. Any little bit helps. Thank you ♥️
