Chad D. Clark Memorial Fund

Hello friends and family. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the Memorial Fund for Chad D. Clark. Chad passed suddenly, on March 27th, 2023.

The family and his children Taylor, Tanner, and Dylan appreciate the outpouring of love and calls offering support. We have created this fund for those offering assistance from afar. The family truly appreciates all of you.

Chad's memorial, wake, and life celebration are Monday, April 3rd, 2023 from 2pm to 6pm, with a brief service at 4pm.
