マウイ島・全焼したラハイナ本願寺復旧支援

現在、被災されたご住職一家は、同じマウイ島内カフルイ本願寺に引越しされました。皆様にいただいた寄付は、中古車などの購入に充てられ、皆様への感謝の言葉をお預かりしています。まだ誰もラハイナに戻れないストレスがたまる日々を被災者の皆さんは過ごしているとのこと。あれから約１年、今後もラハイナのことを忘れず引き続きサポートをよろしくお願いいたします。

マウイ島ラハイナにあるラハイナ本願寺とご住職の自宅が全焼し、火の手が迫る中ご住職は４人の子供たちを含む家族だけ連れて何とか避難できました。住職は我々のソフトボールのチームメイトですが、同じ日本人として、ソフトボール仲間として、親友としてできる限りサポートしたいと考えています。

現在、避難先のご家庭にステイしていますが今後の見通しは全く立っていません。一時避難のつもりで家を出たので、家から持ち出せたのは２日間分の衣料とパスポートと車だけ。４人の子供たちの着替えや勉強道具、住職の袈裟やスーツなどすべて失ったそうです。政府の支援で避難先での食料や寝る場所は確保できているようですが、今後通常の生活に戻るためのサポートが必要です。みなさまのご協力、寄付を何卒よろしくお願いします。

GoFundMeはアメリカでは有名なファンドレイジングのサイトですが、

英語表記でわかりにくいこともあるので、手順を補足させていただきます。

①右側の<Donate now>をクリックしてください。。

②<Enter your donation>のボックスに寄付したい金額を入力してください。

③寄付金以外にシステム会社へのチップが自動に表示されますが、中央緑のボタンを左右に動かしてお気持ちの％か0%にしてください。

（システム会社への追加手数料と考えてください。）

④支払い方法を決めてください。Paypal,Venmo,Googlepayと通常のクレジットカードが使えます。

（クレジットカードはVisa,Master,Amexは使えますが、JCBなど日本のカードは使えない場合があります。）

⑤お住いの国がUSAと出てますが、JAPANに変更しお名前などは必ずカードの表記と同じローマ字でお願いします。

The Lahaina Hongwanji Temple in Lahaina, Maui burned down, and the head priest managed to evacuate with only his family as the fire raged. He is a softball teammate of ours, as a fellow Japanese, a fellow softball player, and a good friend, I would like to support his family(ohana) as much as possible.

They are currently staying with a family in an evacuation shelter, but they have no idea what the future holds. Since they left their home as a temporary evacuation, all they have taken out of their home are two days' worth of clothes, their passports, and their car, and they have lost everything, including their four children's clothes, study materials, and the priest's robes and suit. With the help of the government, they have been able to secure food and a place to sleep at the evacuation site, but they still need support to return to a normal life. Your cooperation and donations would be greatly appreciated. We will be sure to pass your donation on to Rev. Hironaka.
