Our Beloved Donato Reynozo Jr. left us on August 17th, at only 30 years of age to suicide. No one in our family realized that behind Donato' big smile was so much pain, and it is this haunting thought that will forever remain a question to us all. Donato was a wonderful brother, son, uncle, friend, and soldier who touched the lives of those around him. Anyone who knew him knew Donato dedicated his time to making those around him feel welcomed, loved, and always laughing. He was so hard working, caring, and always had a smile that was so gentle; he touched the lives of many and to lose him in such a way is an absolute shock and tragedy that will haunt us forever.
We are devastated and broken-hearted by Donato's loss, we were not prepared for all the expenses, our family is currently asking for any donations to help us cover the cost of Donatos' funeral, and during this difficult time we are reaching out to our community for help. The funeral costs amount to $ 13,500, we would greatly appreciate that even if you aren't able to donate that you share this page with the hope that Donato's story is met with compassion, understanding, and abundant generosity.
We would also like to draw a light to the issue of suicide and hope that this page reaches someone who may be feeling like there is no hope, and we would like to let you know there is. Suicide is a permanent solution to an often temporary problem and your life has so much value and purpose so we encourage you to speak to someone who can help you navigate your journey.
