Hepatic Encephalopathy treatment
Donation protected
I contracted Hep C in the 80's through a blood transfusion, there was no screening at that time. After years, I was diagnosed with Hep C and with time it has progressed and now has become stage 2 Hepatic Encephalopathy and could become terminal with out proper treatment or a transplant. I am unable to function now as I should and the co-pays and treatment costs have become overwhelming. I hate to ask for help but to keep living I must admit I need any help I am able recieve. My name is Don Ford from Brown County, Indiana. I appreciate any help you may be able to provide. The fatigue and symptoms have rendered me unable to be stable enough to work on a regular basis and I am embarassed by this as I have always been a productive member of society. If you were born between 1945 and 1965 please get tested for Hepatitis C as 75% of adults that have it are from this age group.
