The Male Room Salon Fire

Hello, my name is Jamie and I am making this GoFundMe for my mother Donna who is the owner of The Male Room Salon in Flemington. Donna has been in business cutting hair since 2005 and was at 35 Stangl Rd for over a decade. At this location she built her client base, made friends with people in town, and worked hard to ensure that the men of Flemington always had a good hair cut. Anybody who knows my mom knows that she is hardworking, passionate, and loves her job. She wakes up eager to get to work and talks her clients ears off while she cuts their hair.

Over this past year Donna closed her location at 35 Stangl, but continued to follow her passion of cutting hair at another local salon in town.

Donna recently decided that owning her own business was what was in her heart, so she decided to reopen The Male Room, this time on Fulper Rd. She invested time and money into fixing her new location and was ready for her grand re-opening this month. Unfortunately, at 6am this morning, she received a call that her business was fully engulfed in fire, and nothing was left. My mom has poured her heart and soul into reopening her business, and is now left with nothing. Her furniture, station, shears, tools, clippers, etc all were lost in the fire, leaving her with no equipment and no place of business.

I am asking for donations to help cover the damages done by the fire. My whole family is saddened by this devastation and appreciate any donations given. Thank you.
