Donna Brewer - Medical
Donation protected
Donna has one of the biggest hearts you'll ever see. She is kind, loving, and provides the best for her family.
Unfortunately, her health was/is rapidly declining. She became more forgetful, sometimes unaware of what was happening in front of her. She reached out to a neurologist and had an MRI with very few unsettling answers.
For many months her health has declined and taken a turn for the worse. She now needs 24/7 care. We have undergone several tests, scans, labs and hospital stays with no diagnosis. The pandemic creates long waited appointments, and we need a doctor who will find a diagnosis so that we can treat her with what she needs. We are trying our best to keep her comfortable while we wait for answers.
Mom has been referred to the Dementia Clinic located in Dallas, TX where we hopefully can get an answer on what is causing this rapid decline. (Since September we have seen 4 different neurologists, her PCP, and she's been to 5 different hospitals.)
She had disability to assist getting her the help she needs and affording it, but she hasn't received disability since early January of this year. Medical bills are piling up big time.
I've never had to do this in my life - but if you want to help, please think about donating. Every penny helps.
The money will go to my mom's medical bills (current and future), living expenses and assistance with relocating back to AZ for better health care and to be surrounded by family. We will update when she receives a diagnosis, or when we hit a milestone!
Please share, donate, and send up prayers for this precious mom, grandmom, friend, coworker, and daughter.
Swollowing all my pride posting this but a huge thank you to all.
Gofund me takes a payment processing fee of 1.9% + $0.30 per donation. If you feel more comfortable donating to the payment options below, that is fine as well.
