Donna Cardin’s tragedy

On February 20 my family member, Donna Cardin, was in a serious auto accident. She was airlifted to Huntsville Hospital, where she remains in ICU. She has had multiple operations, to repair a broken right arm (wrist to elbow), broken left femur, and broken right ankle. She has 8 broken ribs and a traumatic abdominal hernia that are impeding each other and needs surgery. (along with a few more internal issues that the doctors are hoping repair themselves) Donna has came a long way in 1 short week, but she has so far to go. Donna is uninsured and will be in the hospital (and out of work) for the foreseeable future. She has a husband and 2 teenage boys at home that rely on her secondary income.
