This is Trey Taylor son of Donna Taylor. Mom was given the occupational title of Caregiver. She provided her life of 24/7 care to several people in our family. My grandfather then grandmother then my aunt and finally my cousin. She lived with them taking care of all there needs the last couple of years of each ones life. So I took on that role with my mom going to Kentucky and given custody in a judge and jury trial. The first 6 years was so rewarding and very challenging. It was also insync with my born again new Christian life. We became so close as I started my journey following Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. The last 1.5 years have been the worst of my life. Mom had a stroke and it started my caregiving that could only be done in a movie. Every single day I drove to nursing home with McDonald's cheeseburgers and praying things would get better. But it was God's will to eventually take her home and I'm grateful for God's mercy and grace He showed throughout her fight. Thank you Jesus for the strength you provide to me and all those that believe. The expenses have been $3500 cremation with urns and vault, $1500 for transportation of remains and memorial service, $1600 for gravesite service($900 extra because on Sunday) and $2500 for plane tickets and hotel room and rental car to get to Paducah and give ulegy. I'm doing this to give everyone a opportunity to show your love of mom and me. I have alot of friends and family that want to help so this is one way you can be a supporter. Mom was so loving and kind and I hope I also exemplify the standards she set as a Christian and a good person. Thank you for your love and support.
