Donna's Medical Bills and Final Farewell

As many of you may know, Donna Gartland had open heart surgery October 20th, 2023. Her recovery was very complicated and arduous. She had spent the past 14 months in and out of the hospital and in various rehab facilities. Try as she might she was unable to walk after her surgery, although her personality and bright demeanor returned. Unfortunately, after fighting and doing her best to get stronger, she passed away peacefully on the morning of December 24th.

Donna was a phenomenal person. She loved her family fiercely and was a supportive, caring friend. She loved to laugh and joke with people; she would make friends where ever she went. She loved music, cooking, and traveling. She was a generous soul and was always helping those in need.

In all the time she was recuperating, her insurance ran out and would not cover her for the entire time. It goes without saying that her medical expenses alone are astounding, and now on top of this there are the added expenses of funeral arrangements.
