Don’t let COVID steal Christmas!
We are Parker Ward and Colin Nicoletti, sophomores in high school. COVID has disrupted our lives in many different ways - school classes have been cancelled, we are not able to visit with many of our family and friends, and many close to us have been sick with the virus. As a result, many parents have lost jobs and are having trouble supporting their families. As cases continue to rise and we transition into this holiday season, we want to help local families who have been most severely affected.
Our goal is to raise $15,000! We plan to use a majority of the money donated to buy gifts for children whose families may be struggling to purchase presents for their children. We have assembled a team of “elves”, our friends and siblings, to choose gifts for their respective age groups. We plan to use the remaining portion of the money raised to buy Visa gift cards to benefit local first responders who have sacrificed their time and risked their health to help our community. Mrs. Nicoletti, one of our parents, will use the funds to purchase and donate the donations to the charity’s that we choose!
We hope you are able to help us reach our goal - any donation would be very much appreciated! Thank you! Parker, Colin, and our "elves": Coley, Brady, Mercer, Win, and Tilly.
