Don’t let Scammers win! Get Amy back on her feet!

Donation protected
If you don’t know Amy Kane, you should! She is Dopamine in human form.
We’ve been friends since the early 90’s and I can honestly say that she is the best of us.

Unfortunately, this animal-loving, friend-champion and spreader of endless joy was badly taken advantage of recently. She was the victim of a very sophisticated and elaborate scam, aimed at people in the healthcare industry. She was manipulated over several days and they got a significant amount of money from her. Her first words to me were “I can’t stop thinking about all the animals I could have helped with that money”. That is Amy in a nutshell. Although this heartless scam may jeopardize her living situation and life, she only thinks of who she could’ve helped instead.

Please help me to inundate Amy with uplifting energy and any donation (even $10) as I really want her to feel surrounded by better people. Whatever you can give would make all the difference. Thank you and please share far and wide!

And for those who don’t know Amy, this is my version of her story…
She was brought up in the “Valley Girl” Valley of Los Angeles in the 1970s which she eventually escaped from and made her way to New York City. This is where we met circa 1992. At that time, she managed a bar (no, that is not why we met) and we all hung out with our talented NYU designer/actor friends (that’s why we met). Years later, we both moved back to LA where Amy morphed into her next incarnation as a foley artist for movies (think coconuts clapping as horse hooves). This is where she also honed her salsa-making skills (nobody does it better!)
Since living in LA, she has volunteered at most dog shelters, worked in a community garden, been the pick-up-truck-gal-to-the-rescue for everyone and most recently transitioned into her most perfect career as a therapist back in the valley. And closer to many adoring friends!
Amy is a fascinating woman, full of stories and goodness. I hope you get to meet her one day!
