OH Against Breed Discrimination
Donation protected
"OABD was created to help move Ohio into becoming the 20th state to ban breed discriminatory legislation," says Steffen Baldwin, a longtime animal advocate and humane law enforcement officer, and another of the PAC's founders. "This isn’t a pit bull issue as much as it is a discrimination issue. And OABD’s goal is to fight the removal of these dogs from the homes they live in, dog by dog, while also educating the public and collecting signatures for a constitutional amendment that would restrict any local municipality from making laws respective to a dog’s appearance rather than their behavior.
