Donzell Jones Tragic Unexpected Passing
Donation protected
Hello Everyone, first I want to thank you all for the love and support you have given my family.
On April 8th in the early morning Donzell Jones was murdered, he was found at his home unresponsive and when the paramedics arrived he was pronounced deceased on the scene. As time goes on my mom, myself, and our family will share details with you. Some of the funeral will be covered by my dad's military benefits but not all, however there still are other expenses needing to be paid for. What you donate today will go towards any home associated bills, food for a while, and any expenses not covered by the military. For now I just ask that you pray for our family.
Donzell is survived by his wife Kerstin Jones, Daughter Christina Fitch, Son In Law Matthew Fitch, Son Marcel Jones, Grand children Blake Nicholson and Noah Nicholson, and one more grandchild on the way, Father Mace Jones, Brothers Darayle Jones and Leneer Jones, Sister Consuela Jones.
I am trying to type this without breaking so for now let me say some positive things.
My dad was heavily involved with his amazing friends, family, and congregation at Ruach Adonai in Thousand Palms. There he played the drums for the church, set up and take down for services, and basically anything members at the church needed him for. Growing up many people in Moreno Valley knew my dad as the Celica guy. Why? Because he had bible scriptures all over his car. He loved the Lord/ Yeshuah so much that he wanted the world to know and wanted to share the Word with them everywhere he went.
We love my dad so much and are still in shock. I ask that during this time you please do not contact my mother. If you need to speak with anyone you can contact me, Matthew or family friend's Fran/Barry. As this is still so fresh I do not have much details for services, over the next few days I will come back to this and post updates.
My dad was a talker and super funny man, so in honor of his memory if you do not mind whether you donate or not can you comment below with one of your favorite memories of my dad.
We will be holding a prayer and candle light vigil on Saturday 4/10/2021 at DC3 (Desert Christian Community Church) at 7:30 pm in the parking lot.
Thank you!
