Dori and Rob Guyette
Donation protected
Dori and Rob Guyette were together for 46 years. They were in love every single day of those 46 years. Rob was Dori’s sole caregiver as she is on oxygen, in a wheelchair with very limited mobility and unable to care for her own basic needs.
On Jan 23, Rob tragically and suddenly passed away from a heart attack and left Dori alone and without a caregiver.
Rob was the love of Dori’s life – they laughed and bickered but loved and adored each other more than any two people you would ever meet. She is struggling every single day as she mourns Rob and also has to think about how she will make it on her own.
Her loving kids are helping her through all of this, but her expenses are out of reach for them to cover on their own.
She needs to move into a new apartment that is wheelchair accessible (their current apartment has stairs, and she cannot navigate the stairs on her own to use the shower or bedroom).
She has very limited and fixed social security funds as her only source of income.
Rob and Dori are the kindest people you will ever meet and would give anyone the shirts off their back.
Please help us get Dori into her new apartment and help offset some of her expenses so she can get through this tragic time for her and her family.
