Bahamas Hurricane Relief Trips - Flight Expenses

Hi everyone! Greg and I thank you for being here and acknowledging this page.

My name is Robin Ernst and my boyfriend is Gregory Hall. We are the beneficiaries of this fund.
We will keep it short and to the point. We want to help with hurricane relief efforts in the Bahamas. We have the resources to help...
We have a plane ready to go, a pilot (Greg Hall), and an outpouring of donated supplies that need to get to the Bahamas, but we need funds for the operating expenses of the King Air aircraft.

The more we raise, the more trips full of supplies we can fly to the Bahamas! The plane can take up to 2,000 pounds of supplies per trip. The pilot has been generous enough to donate his time and the owner of the plane has allowed us to use it so long as we cover underlying fuel & engine operating costs.

ALL DONATIONS - EVERY PENNY - will go towards plane operating expenses to fly the supplies collected at Florida Freedivers Dive Shop to the Bahamian Islands. In any case there is any funds to spare, it will go directly to more supplies in demand.

This fund will allow us to fly these goods to Nassau, where our recipients (Bahamas Strong - A DBA for Enterprise Palm Beach/Foundation for collective impact) will then take them into trusted hands. Our recipients are currently performing search and rescue efforts on site in the affected islands with a mothership, and 70 contenders bringing tools and supplies, and then bringing the rescued citizens to North Eleuthera to be flown to Nassau for sheltering.

Right now, they have reported that they desperately need medical supplies as first priority.
Infections are getting bad. Also they have informed us that people are stuck in concrete buildings therefore tools to cut concrete have been requested as well as top priority.
